One-Year Limited Warranty

12-month coverage

• Covered: manufacturing defects in seams, zippers, buttons, or abnormal structural fabric failure during normal use within one year after delivery.
• Not covered: ordinary wear, fading, pilling, stains, improper care, accidental damage, customer alterations, or size selection.
• The customer pays return shipping for a warranty inspection. After review, LuluVela may repair, replace, or refund the affected item.

Making a claim

Contact LuluVela with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Approval is required before sending an item for inspection.

Legal rights

This limited warranty does not exclude remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
