Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using LuluVela’s website and services, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract where you live.
• You are responsible for accurate account and checkout information and for protecting your sign-in credentials.
• We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, LuluVela, or the services from fraud, abuse, or security risk.

Products, pricing, and orders

• Product colors and appearance may vary slightly by screen and production lot.
• Prices, discounts, availability, shipping, and tax are shown during checkout and may change before an order is submitted.
• An order acknowledgment is not acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, legal, or fulfillment reasons and will issue any required refund.
• Personalized and Team Orders may require additional approvals and are also governed by the applicable supplemental policy or written quote.

Payment, shipping, returns, and refunds

You authorize LuluVela and its payment providers to process the amount shown at final checkout. Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Returns and refunds are subject to the policy shown with the product and order; personalized merchandise is generally final sale except where defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or automate access contrary to posted controls, upload malicious material, or use the services unlawfully.
• Do not submit artwork, text, or other content that infringes another person’s rights, is deceptive, hateful, unlawful, or unsafe.

Intellectual property and customer content

LuluVela’s site, branding, copy, designs, and software are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain your rights in content you submit and grant LuluVela a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and use it only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, fulfill your order, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as available” basis. LuluVela is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact
