Information we collect

• Identifiers and contact details, such as name, email, telephone number, shipping and billing addresses, and account identifiers.
• Order and transaction information, including products, sizing, personalization choices, discounts, returns, and payment status. Full card details are handled by our payment provider rather than stored by LuluVela.
• Device, browser, cookie, approximate location, and interaction data used to operate, secure, measure, and improve the site.
• Content you choose to provide, including support messages, reviews, Team Order information, referral activity, Partner applications, and embroidery artwork.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, carts, checkout, fulfillment, returns, personalization, referrals, Team Orders, and customer support.
• Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect the services.
• Communicate about orders and, where permitted, offers or program updates.
• Measure and improve products and services, comply with law, and enforce our agreements.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to vendors that provide hosting, payments, shipping, communications, analytics, security, artwork processing, and customer support; to professional advisers; in a business transaction; when required by law; or with your direction or consent. Vendors may use information only for the contracted purpose. LuluVela does not sell personal information for money.

• Payment providers receive transaction details needed to process payment and refunds.
• Carriers receive fulfillment and contact details needed to deliver orders.
• When you expressly consent to generate an embroidery preview, the submitted artwork may be securely sent to the disclosed AI service for that preview session.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including fulfillment, account history, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices and privacy rights

• You may update account information and manage marketing preferences through available controls.
• Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.
• We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. We may verify a request before acting and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

Children and international use

LuluVela is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate, subject to appropriate protections required by applicable law.
