Embroidery Policy

Available personalization

Eligible garments may support text, an icon, a logo, or multiple approved embroidery elements. Available placement, font, thread color, size, and price are shown in the personalization flow and may vary by garment.

Artwork rights and content

• You must own the submitted artwork or have permission to reproduce it on the ordered products.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, unsafe, or confidential material you are not authorized to share.
• LuluVela may reject artwork that cannot be produced reliably or that violates these requirements.

Upload, AI preview, and saved artwork

• Uploading does not permanently save artwork. A guest upload and its generated preview expire after 24 hours without relevant activity; a signed-in customer’s unsaved draft expires after seven days without relevant activity.
• A signed-in customer must explicitly choose Save before eligible artwork appears in My Saved Embroidery Artwork.
• When the interface asks for consent, artwork is sent to OpenAI only after you consent and request an embroidery preview. LuluVela does not opt this API flow into model training. Under OpenAI’s current API terms, abuse-monitoring data may be retained for up to 30 days. Submitted images are also subject to mandatory safety screening; an image identified as potentially containing illegal child sexual abuse material may be retained for manual review even under stronger retention controls.
• Generated previews are visual approximations. Fabric, stitch density, thread, scale, placement, and screen color may cause the finished result to differ.

Proof approval

You are responsible for checking spelling, punctuation, credentials, artwork, placement, color, and garment association before approving the proof. Production may begin after approval; approved personalization generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Pricing and promotions

Embroidery and other personalization charges are shown separately where applicable. Personalized add-ons are excluded from Partner Program commission calculations and may be excluded from promotions or discounts unless an offer expressly says otherwise.

Final sale and quality issues

Personalized products are made to order and are generally final sale. This does not limit remedies required by law or LuluVela’s responsibility for an item that arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the approved proof, or embroidered incorrectly due to LuluVela’s error. Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos.

Privacy and retention

Saved artwork remains available until you delete it, close the account, or it has not been genuinely used for three consecutive years; LuluVela will provide advance notice and a reasonable keep option before inactivity deletion. An order keeps a separate non-reusable production copy for 15 months after delivery. Deletion removes active customer access immediately, and active storage and ordinary rotating backups are purged within 30 days unless the order-copy exception or law requires longer retention. Artwork is used only to provide embroidery, saved reuse, support, production verification, and related legal or security obligations—not for marketing, model training, another customer, or unrelated purposes without separate consent.
