Simple, transparent pricing
Your current garment price and Custom Design service charge are shown separately before approval. Optional embroidery is priced separately.
Step 1
Share your design
Provide a clear garment drawing and the finished garment measurements you need. We do not create patterns from body measurements.
Step 2
Review the digital design
Your service includes one initial technical drawing and up to two drawing revisions before approval. The sample is a digital rendering, not a physical garment.
Step 3
Approve production
Once you approve the final technical drawing and digital rendering, production begins. Normal completion is 2–4 weeks; expedited service is not available.
Before production begins
After final approval and production begins, the order cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or exchanged except for a verified quality defect or LuluVela production error. A later design change requires a new Custom Design order.
Your design rights
Your design remains yours. LuluVela receives only the limited permission needed to evaluate and make your order. Any future LuluVela product collaboration requires a separate written agreement.
