Community Appreciation Program Policy

Our appreciation gift

LuluVela offers this voluntary appreciation gift to eligible students and members of the military community. An application and eligibility verification are required, and applying does not guarantee approval. The gift does not create an employment, service, endorsement, or agency relationship with LuluVela.

Eligibility and account use

• Applicants must truthfully select an available eligibility category and provide current evidence reasonably requested for verification.
• Approval is tied to one LuluVela customer account, is personal and non-transferable, and may not be shared, sold, or duplicated across accounts.
• LuluVela may decline, expire, revoke, or request re-verification of eligibility when information is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible.

Gift and qualifying purchases

An approved account may receive 15% off eligible LuluVela apparel. Sale items may qualify when checkout allows the gift.

• Team Orders, Wholesale, Custom Design, embroidery or other personalization, shipping, tax, gift cards, and other excluded products, services, or fees do not qualify.
• The checkout result is authoritative for the products and amounts eligible in a particular order.

Combining offers

The appreciation gift cannot be combined with another coupon, percentage discount, or LuluVela Credit unless the specific offer or checkout experience expressly allows it.

Evidence and privacy

Eligibility evidence is private and available only to authorized reviewers and service providers that need it to verify eligibility, administer the program, protect against abuse, or meet legal obligations. Evidence is scheduled for deletion from active storage within 30 days after a decision. LuluVela may retain a limited record of the decision, account entitlement, security event, or legally required information without retaining the submitted evidence itself. The Privacy Policy also applies.

Program changes and questions
