Shipping Policy

United States rates

• Standard shipping is free when the eligible merchandise subtotal is $49 or more.
• For orders below that threshold, the available Standard rate is calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Available Express services and prices are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• The free-shipping threshold is measured after product, sale, and coupon discounts but before Referral Credit is applied.

Processing and delivery

The checkout estimate includes the shipping service but is not a guaranteed delivery date. Personalized, embroidered, Team Order, and Custom Design products may require additional production time disclosed in their applicable flow.

Delays and address accuracy

Customers are responsible for an accurate deliverable address. Carrier, weather, customs, emergency, and other events outside reasonable control may delay delivery.
