LuluVela policy
Partner Program Policy
Eligibility, attribution, commissionable orders, disclosures, adjustments, and participation rules.
Participation and approval
The LuluVela Partner Program is available only to approved participants and may not be available at all times. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. The individual Partner agreement and terms provided at approval control if they conflict with this public policy.
Qualified introductions and attribution
- A Partner must make a genuine introduction to an eligible new clinic or medical team using the assigned Partner and Team attribution tools.
- Consumer purchases and Refer-a-Friend activity are separate programs and do not become Partner orders.
- Attribution depends on the verified, persistent Clinic/Team relationship recorded by LuluVela and the applicable order state; it is not promised to be permanent. Self-referrals, duplicate clinics, recycled leads, and manipulated attribution are ineligible.
Commissionable activity
Commission terms are provided privately to approved Partners. Only eligible commissionable Team Order merchandise revenue is considered. Shipping, tax, Custom Design, embroidery or personalization, Refer-a-Friend rewards, gift value, and explicitly non-commissionable fees are excluded.
- A qualifying first Team Order and later qualifying orders from the same Clinic may be treated differently under the Partner’s private terms.
- Each commission keeps the rate and basis recorded when the qualifying order was created; later program changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite historical snapshots.
Order status, returns, and adjustments
Commission is initially pending and is not earned or payable merely because an order was submitted. Cancellations, failed payments, fraud, chargebacks, full or partial refunds, returns, or other post-order changes may cancel or proportionally adjust the related commission. Duplicate events do not create duplicate financial effects.
Disclosure and marketing conduct
- Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material relationship with LuluVela whenever it could affect how an endorsement or recommendation is understood.
- Statements must be truthful, based on genuine experience, and must not make unsupported medical, product, income, savings, or performance claims.
- Partners may not impersonate LuluVela, bid on restricted brand terms, send unlawful unsolicited messages, alter tracking, or use deceptive, misleading, or coercive methods.
Payment, tax, and records
Approved Partner terms describe release and payment procedures. Partners are responsible for accurate payment and tax information and for their own tax obligations. LuluVela may hold payment while investigating eligibility, returns, fraud, sanctions, legal restrictions, or conflicting ownership claims.
Suspension, termination, and changes
LuluVela may suspend or terminate participation for breach, fraud, abuse, inactivity, legal risk, or program closure, subject to applicable agreements and law. We may update this policy prospectively; accrued eligible amounts remain governed by their recorded terms and lawful adjustments. Last updated: September 26, 2026.
